Cleaner Zelyrune & VPN

1. Local device work

The file desk, document reader, space board and security review operate locally. Folder names, file content, extracted document text, deletion choices, package inventory and risk results do not leave the phone. Android may keep ordinary local app state until you clear data or uninstall.

2. Optional VPN handling

If you enable the Amsterdam route, the app creates a WireGuard key pair. Only the public key is provided to the node and associated with a private tunnel address until profile deletion; the private key remains locally encrypted. Forwarding requires momentary processing of source IP, DNS, destination and traffic data. The endpoint has no configured retained destination, DNS, content, session-time or per-user byte logs.

3. Permission boundaries

Broad storage access is used for folder-wide file work, document discovery, cleanup suggestions and local download inspection. Package visibility supports the on-demand review. APK installation remains Android-controlled, and VpnService starts only after the app disclosure plus system consent.

4. Infrastructure providers

BitLaunch supplies the isolated VPN virtual server and network infrastructure. Cloudflare provides the registered domain, authoritative DNS and privacy-site delivery. These providers may process limited operational network data needed to deliver, secure and troubleshoot their services. They are not authorized to use app information for advertising. The Publisher does not sell personal information.

5. Retention, deletion and protection

Device-side information follows your own file actions, Android settings and app-data lifecycle. The VPN public-key record lasts until in-app profile deletion; the service has no retained browsing history for the Publisher to erase. Provisioning uses HTTPS, WireGuard protects tunnel transport and administrative access is restricted. No security measure can offer an absolute guarantee.

7. Children, transfers and revisions

The app is not directed to children under 13. The VPN endpoint is in Amsterdam, Netherlands; infrastructure providers may process operational data in other jurisdictions. A materially changed practice will result in an updated effective date and any additional notice or consent required by law.
